Seuton is a Korean restaurant, created for a Restaurant Graphics university course, that focuses on introducing the history of bibimbap dishes using dolsots (a stone bowl). The branding, packaging, and menu design bring together the traditions of Korean design with the modern touch of an upscale restaurant. The creation of this project utilized both digital design and fine art–like ink painting, stamp creation, and watercolor. This restaurant may be focused on fine dining, but the design goes beyond the expected to teach individuals all about the variety of Korean cuisine.
